Besides, the crystal-clear color completes well with nearly any skin tone, adding style to the overall beauty. What’s more, sterling silver jewelry is more affordable than gold jewelry of the same design, and the gold jewelry designs can be replicated in sterling silver.
However, before you get the unique silver pieces, they’ve undergone multiple procedures and process, which involves lots of time and skill.

Sterling Silver Jewelry Manufacturing Process
1. The Jewelry Mould – created in rubber

- Make an original model of the silver jewelry. After the sketch is confirmed with all the details, we begin making the original model of silver jewelry out of wax or solid silver.
To make your organic designs come to reality, our skilled and professional molders hand carve every dimensional and delicate detail to turn the rough wax into a finely carved wax mold. This technique cannot be replicated no matter how advanced the technology is.
- Create a master rubber mold using the original jewelry model. Using the original jewelry model, we make a master rubber mold, which in turn is used to make wax reproductions of the silver jewelry.
2. Creation of Wax Model

Our craftsmen gently clean the rubber mold where the wax sat to remove any leftover residue. Then we inject the molten wax into the rubber mold over and over again. That is how we make duplicates of the original design.
3. Treeing

Making a wax tree is a key process that helps us cast multiple jewelry pieces at once in a short time.
When the wax models are hardened and have passed through the quality control inspection, we start to attach them to what is called a wax tree using a burner until the tree is full of the models. All the models are attached to the tree at the best angle.
4. Creating Plaster Mould

First, we create plaster molds by placing the wax trees in the metal cylinder. then, we pour over the wax trees to encase them all with the plaster liquid.
Before the mold is hardening, we will place the plaster molds in the vacuum chamber so that the molds won’t occur any air bubbles that could result in problems down the line.
Once the plaster mold hardens and cures, the mold is then put into an extremely hot oven overnight so that the wax is burned out, leaving a branching tree hole in the plaster to be filled with molten metal.
5. Burnout Oven

Once the plaster mold hardens and cures, we put the plaster mold into an extremely hot oven for several hours so that the wax is melting and burned out, leaving a branching tree hole that will be infused with the silver liquid later.
6. Pouring

Before pouring the silver liquid into the mold, we heat the silver grain to its specific melting point. Then, it’s time to quickly pour the molten silver into the plaster mold to make it fill every detail of the tree branches.
(*TTT has carefully sourced and selected every material from our long-term partners. We’re proud to say that we make every piece of your silver jewelry out of recycled silver.)
7. Silver Casting

Put the plaster mold into the casting machine, and the silver melts down into the forms, replicating the jewelry master.
8. Cleaning – Removal Of Residue

Once the plaster mold has cooled down, our workers pull the silver tree, which is the replica of the initial wax tree, out from it. Then clean and remove any residue.
9. Cutting And Quality Control

Cut the jewelry from the silver tree. We adhere to recycled and sustainable production, thus any surplus silver will be refined and reused at our factory.
We will check again the silver jewelry pieces to make sure that there are no little grains, voids, or bubbles, which are signs indicating the silver liquid didn’t properly fill the mold.
10. Grinding – Smoothing Edges

Now, we’re going to grind the sharp edges and scratches off your silver jewelry. Every part of the items, including the mount and areas where the gemstones are set, will become clean and smooth.
11. Stone Setting

To create truly unique silver jewelry pieces, our experienced setters set each stone separately by hand on the beauties. Considering the proportion and cut, we focus on setting gemstones securely and making them the most flattering.
Moreover, whatever stone color from translucent to opaque, whatever facets and geometrical shape you want, you can always find the vibrant gemstone you desired. The stone will be safely and securely set on the silver jewelry, showcasing its vibrancy, delicate cut, clarity, and vivid color, complementing your design.
Besides, various settings including bezel setting, channel setting, etc are available.
12. Polishing

Using jewelry polishing machines and tools, our talented crafts polish every detail and highlight of the 925 sterling silver jewelry. For very difficult areas to reach like narrow crevices, we polish them with vigorous rubbing using cotton threads/strings. This final polish brings out every piece with the highest luster and shine.
13. Clean Again

After the jewelry is all finely polished, we carefully place the pieces on the jewelry cleaning frames and rinse them in clean water to wash away any remaining dirt and dust. Securely clean, your jewelry is free from any scratch and showcases a brilliant and flawless finish.
14. Final Quality Control & Packing

Finally, the jewelry is brought to the quality control department where each piece is thoroughly checked for any defects with excessive attention. All the inspection is done by experienced workers. And any defective jewelry will be sent back to the respective departments.
After that, we will pack your silver jewelry in certified and marketable packaging.
